Who we are

QEHAS Tech ("we", "us") operates qehastech.com and the QEHAS Tech application. For any privacy question, contact contact@qehastech.com.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email address, and password (stored hashed).
• Content you create in the application.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as IP address and browser type, kept in server logs.

How we use it

We use your data to provide and secure the service, and to send transactional emails you need: account verification, password resets, and notifications about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

Email delivery

Our emails are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service. If an email to your address bounces or is reported as spam, we stop sending to that address automatically.

Where your data is stored

Application data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Union. Service providers process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or object to how we process it, by emailing us. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
